In case of an emergency after working hours, please call FirstService’s Customer Care Center, which has a contact list with telephone numbers of the Superintendent, the Property Manager, the Team Leader and the President of FirstService Residential. Emergency situations consist of fire, flood and personal injury within the common areas of the building, theft or other criminal activity. In the particular case of a fire or criminal activity, you should follow emergency protocols by contacting the appropriate “first responder” authorities (FDNY, NYPD). Management should be contacted thereafter and you should expect an immediate reply within a reasonable period of time. The Customer Care Center is open 24 hours/7 days a week.
